Our greatest strength is our global team – energetic, innovative people of all experience levels and talents who make XPO a great place to work.     What you’ll do on a typical day:      Building a sales pipeline, tracking, and managing the complete sales process end to end, from opportunity qualification to closure of new business. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Propose new business ideas to improve revenue. Monitor and adjust the marketing strategies, to accomplish the goals. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.   What you need to succeed at XPO:       At a minimum, you’ll need: University Degree in Marketing, Communication or related. Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English language. Public speaking abilities and analytical mindset. Total experience in sales minimum 5 years. Driving license. This job requires:   Demonstrating results in meeting sales targets. A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation. An effective team player with a strong work ethic. Keen interest in transport industry.
