We are opening a new position of Business Development Manager (BDM) for Key Accounts. This expert will be responsible for the sale of our core-product – a Managed Private Cloud to the middle- and large-size enterprises in Poland. Location office: Warsaw ul. Prosta 20Salary rate: We don't have stiff range. We are happy to talk about your expectations form of employment: B2B or UoP Responsibilities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with key accounts including prospecting and generating new leads.Building and maintain relationships with key accounts. Maintain regular communication to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Understanding the customer’s business: A BDM needs to have a deep understanding of the key accounts’ business needs, challenges and goals, and use that knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.Collaborating with cross-functional teams: lead generation, marketing, presales and teams inside clients to ensure a coordinated approach to new business development.Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations.Analyzing data: A BDM must be able to analyze data related to the key accounts’ business, such as sales data, market trends and customer feedback, to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Requirements: Have 3+ years’ experience and proven successful track record in B2B sales to medium and large companies in the field of IT/Services/Cloud/Software industry.Good knowledge of Polish market.Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result-oriented.Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business.Are native level Polish speaking and have good skills in business English, both spoken and written.
