Qualifications Tools/Software Knowledge & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and outsourcing models. Knowledge of digital communication tools for client engagement. Experience within outsourcing IT companies is a MUST. Education and Soft Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
