We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help with the expansion of our ticketing services across Romania. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, a self-starter, and have a hunger to chase and close new business. Experience in the entertainment industry or/and ticketing platforms will be considered a plus. More specifically your responsibilities will be the following, among others: Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in both the project management and sales side of attracting new business. Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads. Advanced self-presentation and persuasive skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients. Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software. Attention to detail and organization skills. Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills. A thirst for active participation in events, an outgoing enthusiast.
