Business Development Manager: Storage Solutions in Bucuresti

Job Purpose: External business development expert with an allocated set of partners, responsible for the development of a defined specialist line of business. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunities. Working with IT storage and having a strong relationship and knowledge of the Romanian IT market.Accountabilities:The main accountabilities for this role include strong knowledge of storage vendors , revenues and negotiation of key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions. Broad industry best practices, techniques and standards. Demonstrating solid customer engagement strategies including multiple parties and levels that drive successful business outcomes. Driving overall vendor management Creating customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promotes long term value based customer engagementRelationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the “Trusted Advisor”Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuityFull knowledge of assigned Vendor’s product / service lineDevelops tailored customer value propositions against clear understanding of customer business requirementsKnowledge Skills and ExperienceThe ideal person for this role will need to have good emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and persuade using strong communication skills on all levels..We are looking for someone with high energy, motivated and who is Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
