Business Domain Specialist As our Business Domain Specialist, you will be the interface between operations and business domain teams. You will:   Create and maintain documentation and Knowledge Base articles required by the operations team. Update domain processes impacting operations teams. Proactively inform involved parties about changes to occur in the Business Domains and support Operations and Business Domains to deliver expected SLA. Update Incident Managers about domain changes that affect the incident or support process. Collaborate with the IT Trainer to set up training programs that integrate knowledge into the 1st line team. Utilize domain knowledge to help the Operations team to perform basic troubleshooting. Analyze how technical teams resolved incidents and judge if solutions can be transferred to the 1st line team as workarounds. Provide continuous feedback and escalate issues impacting the organization.
