Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!Our Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for operationalizing, maintaining, and developing enterprise-level interactive dashboards and reports that meet the critical business needs across multiple customer journeys and key projects in central functional Value Drivers and local entities. Jointly with Product Owners, Project Managers, BI Analysts, and Data Management specialists ensure the KPI requirements and data pipelines are established clearly to meet business needs. Establish and maintain a “Single Source of Truth”, a user adoption program to materialize the “Self-Service Analytics” vision within LeasePlan.Responsibilities:Hands-on experience in data provisioning principles.Hands-on experience in data visualization, preparation principles, and tooling is a must for the following tool: Power BI (or Tableau).Ability to translate business requirements and be able to perform root cause analysis for incidents.Seek opportunities to accelerate, standardize, or automate to enable compliance by design.Collaborate/Lead closely with an international team made of knowledgeable Chapter members.Requirements:Bachelor's/master’s degree in the field that emphasizes internet technology, coding, and/or analytics.Familiarity with Data Management principles.Knowledge of advanced analytics principles is a bonus.Power BI or Tableau (SAP BO, QlikView is a plus).Stakeholder management and diplomacy.Experience in customer and business processes.English (fluent, verbally and written)Why LeasePlan?LeasePlan is a global leader in Car-as-a-Service, with approximately 1.9 million vehicles under management in 29 countries.
