The candidate will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to drive strategy and insights to support the company's goals What You’ll Do: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets from multiple internal sources to inform company strategy and planningServe as a strategic partner in data, analytics, and insights for the whole organizationWork with leaders across the organization to define and align on key metrics and reportingUtilizes strong analytical, problem solving, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making, to influence internal partners and processesAnalyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data analytics tools to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendationsDevelop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant fieldProficient written and verbal English language skills4+ years of work experience Experience automating manual reporting processes using Python or R requiredStrong SQL knowledge and database management skills requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sisense a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner Exiger is revolutionizing the way corporations, government agencies and banks manage risk and compliance with a combination of technology-enabled and SaaS solutions.
