Business Performance Manager About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Organization Gas Services Business Unit Business Strategy Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A snapshot of your dayIn this high visibility role, you will be a Business Performance Manager for the Gas Service Team within our Siemens Energy organization. You will develop and manage performance improvement projects for the management of the Business Area that lead to direct profit impact. This role demands strong collaboration and partnering skills, excellent business acumen, competency in the transformation of organizations and restructuring & operational excellence experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that impact all aspects of the business and organization.How You’ll Make an ImpactYou will oversee the business area’s performance along key KPIs and initiate preventive and reactive actions to ensure performance improvements and the balance of all major KPIsYou will develop a framework to evaluate the financial/non-financial impact of key operational & strategic decisions, bring it to live and ensure its adoptionYou will oversee specific modules of our transformation program and drive them independentlyYou will manage and guide large cross-functional teams as part of the strategic projectsYou will communicate on your responsibilities with the top management in the business areaYou will build a strong network inside and outside of Siemens EnergyWhat You BringAt least 5 years relevant professional experience in Management of Strategy or Transformation Projects with a strong emphasis on restructuring and operational excellence preferably within large international organizations.Experience in large-scale turnarounds & restructurings, reorganizations, portfolio adjustments and program management ideally in a top tier management consultancy is beneficial.The ideal candidate will have work experience in at least one of the following industries: Power Generation, Oil & Gas (Exploration, Refinery, Distribution), Power Transmission & Distribution, Engineering & Construction, Chemicals.Strong analytical skills, incl. analyzing data, producing insights, coming up with innovative solutions to optimize business performance and leading to founded & critical decision making.Proven experience working and implementing sophisticated projects/strategies while interfacing with different stakeholders including business leaders, business/support teams as well as individual contributors. Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments/objectives while taking ownership of complex challenges.Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization while ensuring excellent senior stakeholder management up to board level.Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
