Then Emma is the right place for you.What You’ll DoYou take on the professional and disciplinary management of our Finance Excellence teamYou will design and implement industry leading processes for most efficient and seamless Finance operations at a global scaleYou will be responsible for building up the team and establishing a structured approach for continuous improvement in Finance processesYou will establish lean tools, methods and approaches in the organization in a very pragmatic and hands-on wayYou will connect closely to your main stakeholders in the Finance organization, uncover pain points and bottlenecks and foster a lean mindsetYou ensure that the team progress is tracked and communicated to others and are responsible for the development of team membersYou will support our ERP-system Team to evaluate, develop, and improve our ERP-system in optimization of efficienciesWho we're looking for:You have studied management, business administration or a related field and have practical experience in process optimization related to the finance/accounting functionIdeally, you are experienced in identifying business requirements, documentation of business processes and financial controls and to align the business processes to the finance system workflowsYou are a proactive self-starter and have a outstanding analytical and entrepreneurial approach and that allows you to execute several tasks and problems showing ownership and hard commitmentYou have a full fletched, pragmatic, executional and hands-on mindset. You are able to manage projects with several stakeholders but also to get your own hands “dirty” when needed.You are experienced in process improvements and lean methodology, as well as in Finance functions (Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, etc) and systemsYou have 3-5 years of working experienceYou are a communicative team player and have very good English skills – German and/or Portuguese language skills are an advantage
