*LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU**Your profile** Master’s degree in business administration, law or engineering or equivalent* 5+ years experience with Procurement, Outsourcing Services, Consulting* Solid experience in managing or working with a BPO / outsourced service setup in Procurement or similar functional area* Professional knowledge of project management in international acting organizations* Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba* Strong positive interpersonal communication across all levels of organization, change management and conflict resolution skills* Learning mindset and interested in bringing new ideas for strategy execution* Preferably professional experience in Siemens Energy related to Strategy, Business Development, (Indirect) Procurement* Pro-acitve (engaging and impact oriented), highly self-motivated with ability to think end-to-end* English language skills required, German language skills would be desirable*Your responsibilities** The Business Process Outsourcing Manager ensures that the third party service provider delivers consistently excellent service to achieve strategic vision and target commercial outcomes.
