Business & Support Analyst in Bucuresti

The team is developing and maintaining services and components that allow the pre-trade negotiation of vanilla equity derivatives products like options, futures and swaps. The components are orchestrated to manage a triparty workflow between clients, sales & traders from the capture of price request to the booking in the back-office systems. They are used worldwide (Paris, London, Hong-Kong, New-York). Specifically, you will be required to: Writing functional specifications; Writing impact analysis on order passing and market data features; Validating technical impacts; Coordinating people within different locations (Paris, London, Asia, USA); Participating in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production; Reporting and alerting the management if risk situations may occur; Contacts persons to liaise with : Sales, traders, development teams, external contacts MDPs; Ensuring the post-production support and onboarding the users on the new functionalities. You have a University diploma; You have experience with Structured Products; Ability to work with cross-functional teams; Ability to work in fast paced environment; Reactivity, anticipation of needs and management of people and transversal team skills; Good command of English, both written and spoken.
