As a Business / System Analyst, you will analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge. Also, you will be using your skills in troubleshooting to overcome organizational challenges for one of the leaders in the Financial Industry. Your main responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutionsVerifying and translating business needs and requirements into proposed IT solutionsConsulting for business partners in the search for optimal solutionsAnalysing the organization's business processes from the perspective of ongoing projectsCooperating with internal and external partners as part of software developmentCreating and updating analytical documentationSupporting project participants as part of conducting business tests of solutions You're ideal for the role if you have:2+ years of experience in a similar positionAbility to:Effectively cooperate with both business and ITConsciously use UML and BPMN notations (reading and creating documentation)Work as part of multi-threaded initiativesCommit and initiate solving complex business problemsBeing active in sharing knowledge with the rest of the teamBuild a relationship based on understanding the needs and mutual respect of a business partner at various levels of managementExperience from participating in projects conducted in accordance with Waterfall and AgileCommunicative English It is a strong plus if you have:Experience in projects for the financial industry in the area of leasing or in the area of accounting or bookkeepingKnowledge of Archimate notation and issues related to corporate architecturePractical ability to keep analytical documentation in the Enterprise Architect toolKnowledge of BABOK We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in Europe.
