Driven by 78 000+ awesome employees in 41 countries of the world, in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia in 60 languages, we create great customer experiences that people value and we are proud of.Here is what makes Majorel Global IT Hub to be a #dreamjob for you:Vibrant modern global culture driven by innovative, cutting-edge technologiesAcquiring IT market high demand skills with TOP IT talents across the organizationCompetitive salary and huge growth opportunities in international companyWell established employment processes (Talent Review, Succession planning, Onboarding, Performance management)The Business and Technology Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solution for Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Sales teams.Responsibilities:• Develop tabular model in Azure Analysis Services, PowerBI Services or PowerBI Tabular• Design interactive, analytical and intuitive dashboards in PowerBI• Develop ETL proces with PowerQuery or additionaly in Azure Data Factory,• Maintaining, evaluate data models and improve dashboard• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems,• Collaborate with teams to test and improve process of implementation• Collaborate with teams to design new BI cloud solutions for multi-regional access to distributed data setsEducational Background:• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistic, Physics or related subjectTechnical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)• Experience as a Data Analyst Report/Dashboard Developer, or at least 4 years experience in a similar role• Understanding of DAX programing, plus SQL,• Experience in Optimizing Data Model, Performance Optimization Techniques, Dynamic Row Level Security, Incremental Refresh• Strong knowledge of one of the tool PowerBI, Tableau, QlickSens (Python will be a plus and other tools like Tabular Editor or VertiPaq Analyzer)• Good English (B2/C1)• Agile approach• Excellent knowledge of Data and Business Intelligence project methodologies and architecture (Kimball, Inmon)Soft Skills:• Organizational, influencing and communication skills• High level of critical thinking and analytical skills• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
