AWS (regular) Cloud (advanced) Team Leadership (advanced) Consulting (advanced) Responsibilities The Business Unit Manager is the key person for building up and heading a Reply Polska business unit located in Katowice, PolandFocus is on general management, budget and personnel planning, as well as stakeholder management (Reply internal clients) and technical project leadership and internal trainingActive participation in the recruitment/sourcing processes (interviewing, deciding on hiring, and economics)People management and mentoring of a growing teamProject delivery supervision/management.
