For one of our key Clients we're looking for an expert specialist for the position of: C++ Embedded Developer (Autosar | Automotive)   Terms of engagement:   Area:  Automotive Localisation:  100% remote Start:  ASAP (max 3 months notice period) Salary rate (determined individually):   145 - 165 PLN net + VAT / h Terms:  B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term   Recruitment process (100% remotely): Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min) Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1 hour) Decision to cooperate Scope of duties: You'll play a key role in one of our most exciting and demanding projects, focusing on: Cutting-edge automotive software development Leading and mentoring junior developers Active participation in a collaborative Scrum team Requirements: We're looking for a software professional with a passion for automotive technology and a strong skillset: 4+ years of expert-level experience in embedded C++ development (automotive industry preferred) Expert knowledge in QNX OS Practitional with BSPs and Linux device drivers Understanding of CI development methodology Experience with performance optimization Fluency in English (B2+) Bonus Points for: Experience in automotive area development Knowledge of Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR, Linux OS, RTOS, Python, and IP networks     Ready to join our team?
