The Operational SkillCentre Engineer is responsible for testing, monitoring, analysing and enhancingthe software and hardware solutions associated with Nokia C-SON solution (EdenNet), in order to implement them across the Orange group. You will be responsible for reporting of all hardware and software faults, problem reportsand bugs associated with Nokia C-SON solution (Eden Net) (hardware andsoftware) across the Orange group. You will be direct operational support to theaffiliates by participation in technical calls and provide best practicessharing. Test as trialpre-commercial telecom solutions using Orange Group laboratory (managed by NOSCteam) Design, plans and performs tests on informatics systems for hardwareand software components of Nokia C-SON solution (Eden Net) products with theobjective of acceptance and validation of these products (hardware andsoftware) in laboratory and field. Offers solutions in a timely manner forhardware and software problems reported by Orange affiliates for Nokia C-SONsolution (Eden Net) Answers to the information requests received for thistechnology, adapts the solutions for each affiliate network with the finalscope of having a good functionality of Nokia C-SON solution (Eden Net). Carry out the latest hardware and software release validation and trials ofNokia C-SON solution (Eden Net) Develop automatic or manual testingprocedures for the latest software releases; optimize non-regression scripts Improve existing software solutions for Nokia C-SON (Eden Net), by creatingscripts, proposing new modules, optimize existing modules, etc. Administration of the OSS servers for Nokia C-SON solution (Eden Net) by usingthe standard operation systems (e.g. Linux) Monitor the supplier performanceagainst the maintenance contract (in conjunction with TSC and responsibleparties in all MCO’s) on issues such as swap repair and technical assistance Provide technical support and expertise to the MCo’s and Group Maintain anoverview of the testing, trials and validation of Nokia C-SON solution (EdenNet) for quality assurance purpose Create and deliver the Laboratory andField trial reports Calculate and distribute the PR/IR associated KPI’sagainst Nokia C-SON (Eden Net) performance Kowing thearchitecture, features and standards of the GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR mobile networks Knowing of C-SON principles, architecture and features 2G/3G/4G/5G RANoptimization background is a plus Analytical thinking, ability to diagnose anomaliesand apply corrections Communication skills (frequent interactions withengineers from countries, as well as contacts from supplier) English ismandatory, French is a plus Performance Bonuses – based on your results & the company’s;Loyalty Bonuses, if you extend your stay;Electronic Meal Tickets - as you imagine;Medical & Life insurance for you - facilities for your family, too;#WFH & Flexible hours;Professional GSM subscription;Personal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!];Special grants on Smartphones & devices; discounts for Orange products & services;Development Platforms - Orange Learning, Trainings, Career Counselling, Coaching & Career plan mentoring;Wellbeing Programs – we support your Zen; Orange Services is about bringing together people and technology.Come & work for a #TopEmployer company.
