Position: Incident Service Coordinator (Level I and II)

The Job:
- A company in the telecommunications sector is looking for a person in charge of the Hotline Center in Romania (M/W) and to carry out the following tasks:
- Management and coordination of local hardware maintenance providers.
- Management and opening of technical support cases to suppliers.
- Management of breakdowns through dialogue with suppliers.
- Network and service operation, following operating procedures in accordance with standards of main international telecommunications operators.
- Inbound
- Checking up of customer data.
- FAQs & incidents resolution.
- Other position tasks.

Job Requirements:
- Very pointed customer orientation, team management, leadership abilities, group work abilities, ability to cope with responsibilities, ability to react and make decisions in complex situations, initiative, tolerance to situations with high levels of activity, sociability, empathy.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector (mainly infrastructure).
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience of performing customer service tasks.
- Responsible and proactive person.
- Living near the company's facilities will be valued
Studies:
- Telecommunications Engineering Degree
Languages:
- German (written and spoken).
- High level of English (written and spoken).
