You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
Responsible for identifying suitable candidates for internships & apprenticeships across Western Europe and manage end to end recruitment process from opening to offer acceptance.
Role specific responsibilities:

Leading kick off and debriefing meetings with Hiring Managers to understand and review the recruitment needs

Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of channels including events, advertising, and databases

Creating and maintaining strategies to create company awareness to target recent graduates and talented students for internships and apprenticeships

Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews

Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates

Hosting and attending college career days and conferences

Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations

Building and maintain internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals

Builds and maintains candidate pool for all internal candidates and external recruitment

Ensures all candidate data and information received is managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines

Participating in projects concerning Employer Branding, candidates’ assessment, onboarding and others
Role Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment (experience in campus recruitment will be an asset)

Demonstrable candidate management experience, relationship building & networking skills
-
Customer service and stakeholder management experience

Continuous improvement mindset

Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with recruitment & talent attraction trends

Very good command of written & spoken French & English
We offer 12 months fixed-term employment contract via 3rd party with a possibility of further contract extension.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
