As a Car-Park Receptionist at Spotawheel , you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experience and creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will significantly impact our customers' overall experience. Responsibilities Welcome and greet all visitors/ clients with a warm and friendly approach. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Ensure the reception area is visually appealing, clean, organized, and well-presented. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional assistance and support. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Good command of the English Language High attention to detail Positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
