Project Description Our project provides end to end application delivery (from business analysis to production) for projects and functional migration services (developing from scratch new applications based on legacy ones which planned to retire) with focus on Cards Area. Current team size 100+ people structured in agile sub-teams based on delivery activities and areas. Delivery methodology is SCRUM.IT support for Cards Area Responsibilities Answer end-user inquiries and provide appropriate technical information Ask customer targeted open-ended questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Research and resolve end-user issues Demonstrate attention to detail Openness to new ideas; share expertise with others Document implemented solutions Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Provide assistance for card system users and associated daily operations Provide level 2 support for any reported problem, and level 3 for certain types of situations Skills Must have 1yr+ of experience in IT Software Helpdesk Area End-user orientation Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Basic experience card area Good communication skills Basic English language skills- Bachelor degree Nice to have SQL, cards area expertise Languages English: A1 Beginner Romanian: C2 Proficient Seniority Regular
