David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Casino Coordinator to join their team.   The position is with one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). As part of their sustained growth, we are looking for a Casino Coordinator to join its team in Bucharest, Romania.   Position: Casino Coordinator Location: Bucharest, Romania Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the launch of the games on time and provide a follow-up Communicate with internal department and the external providers Take care of the maintenance and the problem-solving for the game providers Carry out a competitive and technological watch Make sure that the Casino content is updated and most relevant for our players and assist country managers with any requests related to content Constantly reviewing the product and suggesting improvements to the Casino operations manager   REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the online gaming market is more important than academic training At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in gaming industry Attractiveness for IT and product Knowledge of back office management tools Great team spirit and a good capacity to work autonomously Keen interest of the Casino Industry Good presentation and communication skills Customer oriented, proactive mindset and analytical skills Fluent in English, oral and written – Knowledge of German or French is a plus   BENEFITS: A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere A friendly work environment that is adapted to reaching optimal performance Leadership by talents, values, trust and autonomy Transport allowance Private medical insurance Meal tickets Permanent contract The possibility to work remotely (maximum 3 days/week) and to be at least 2 days/week in the offices in Bucharest
