Job Description
- Achieves sales, churn and base objectives
- Designs and run the sales operation : promo, pricing, product design
- Monitors churn and design the right retention offers, redesign processes when necessary
- Defines communication campaign (on and off line)
- Defines base management strategy
- Develops digital footprint (sales and e-reputation)
- Leads the local team to run the daily business
- Contributes to strategic definition of the product positioning
- Designs and launches our self-edited channels
- Manages the dealer network and improve its efficiency
- Identify issues with current processes and proposes action plans
- Chases for new growth opportunities
- Manages and drives the implementation of key projects : CRM migration, channel launch
- Ensures efficient collaboration with support teams : Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Content, IT and technical…
Qualifications
- Based in Bucharest
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of the Pay-Tv business
- Business profile, with a preference for distribution and marketing backgrounds
- Operational profile, solution and results oriented
- Successful previous experiences of sales team management or MD position
- Experience or knowledge in TV channel edition is a plus
- Team leader, dynamic, resilient
- Experience in team management
- Rigorous, organized
- Good project management skills
