CFO - Chief Financial Officer - Giurgiu -manufacturing industry - On- site in Giurgiu

Our client a is a leading manufactured all kind of steel pipes for drilling projects.   We are seeking an experienced CFO to oversee financial operations in Giurgiu Romania. Job Summary: The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring that our financial strategy aligns with our overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a perfect relationship with financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and IFNs, and will be able to leverage these relationships to secure financing and manage risk. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that supports the company's long-term goals and objectives. Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and IFNs. Secure financing for new projects and manage the company's debt and equity financing. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risk and protect the company's assets. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure that they are accurate and timely. Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive team to help guide decision-making. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred. At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a CFO or similar executive role. Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, securing financing, and developing and implementing financial strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and laws.
