Ansible (nice to have) FTPS (nice to have) automation (regular) Linux (regular) SFTP (regular) Pesit (regular) IBM Sterling MFT Suite (regular) Axway Transfer CFT (regular) We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our newly created team in Poland and be part of the Global Middleware Production team within CIB IT PRODUCTION. This position consists in the management of File Transfers infrastructure for all countries where BNPP is present. This infrastructure offer service on high availability environments to ensure the exchange of files inside BNP Paribas and with external counterparts is done on time and with the required quality. Due to large number of assets to manage, being able to automate the BAU tasks is a key point. Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements and action plan for incidents are part of the day to day of this position. Work following ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis in this and the rest of IT areas. Responsibilities: Axway Transfer CFT Administration, Installation and Upgrade (Both standalone and cluster environments).Axway Transfer CFT configuration:New partner and IDF creation.Flow modifications.PKI, TLS/SSL certificates management.CFT Windows/Unix scripting (sending, resend, error handling).Axway Transfer CFT Troubleshooting, analyse and resolve CFT production problems.Knowledge of Pesit, FTPS and SFTP protocols.ServiceNow ticketing tool (requests, changes, incidents, problems).Basic Knowledge on UNIX and Windows OS and Networking.Interaction with vendors (opening Cases, etc…)Interaction with external customers (Communication issues troubleshooting). Requirements: Expertise on file transfer technologies: Axway Transfer CFT (Secure Transport, Flow Manager​, Sentinel) or IBM Sterling MFT Suite (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Connect Express)Knowledge of communications protocols like Pesit, FTPS, SFTP, AS2*Expertise on high availability environments.Expertise on Linux/windows environments (advanced user skills, no admin skills needed)Strong global Infrastructure knowledge (Clustering, Storage, Network, OS, …)Automation (scripting capabilities) and Ansible (or similar) knowledge ​Openness for punctual travels to Madrid & ParisExperience of delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines in production environment and support​
