It covers Diageo’s beer business across all of Continental Europe as well as its spirits businesses across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa. 54 countries are included in the geographical coverage. In Lebanon we have an in-market legal entity, for the rest of the business we operate through distributors. Our teams are located in 7 locations with a HUB in Budapest. Eastern Europe is designed for high growth and operates in an environment where premium drinks categories are growing fast. It’s also a highly volatile business with many challenges but with even more opportunities to grow both our business and our people. We aim to create strong business leaders in Diageo.About the roleTo be successful, we need our Diageo EE Transformation to be landed within each of our Partners in an engaging way, by becoming part of their Transformation towards achieving their Goals and Ambitions.With this in mind we see the opportunity of evolving our Capability function to “Change and Capability” aiming, together with the wider Diageo EE functions, to work closer with our Partners on:defining their F28 Ambitious Goals (subsequent to Diageo EE F28 Ambition)the key transformations they need to pursuethe resources they need to allocatethe behaviors becoming a shared culturethe key capabilities embedded within their organizationsan evolved partnership with Diageo based on trust, transparence, and clear responsibilities All these will require to deploy a full Change Management process among our Partner LTs and Partner Functions, structured and Market specific.Accordingly, we see the need to strengthen / develop our Partner Capability muscle in few key areas: Change Management, Route to Consumer, Commercial, World class activation, Luxury, Digital, Data & Insights sharing, RGM, Every Day Great Execution Standards, Supply and Society 2030. This is not an exhaustive list of skills.Therefore, we need to ensure that all these are properly transferred within our Partners organizations: EPM spirits (T1 and selected T2), MENA and EPM Beer (selected).By embedding these skills within our Partner organizations, bold and practical, we’ll ensure:the defined KSFs (Darwin – Key Success Factors for winning with our Partners - Footprint, Commercial, Logistics, Data and Activation) escalating to the next level.Diageo strengthen its position as “preferred partner” among its Partners in EE.About you You have influencing skills: In its capacity this role has to work and influence at senior level (Diageo and Partner). Minimum of 10 years of successful career experience, mainly in sales and sales management. You have great communication and presentation skills, in English, via omnichannel. High level of learning capacity is essential.Project management skills.Deep understanding of the distribution Partner model.Good understanding of the learning ecosystems functionality.A good prospect of living the DIAGEO EE behaviors is highly required.
