Change Manager (Bi-Lingual English and Spanish) Barcelona Office Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Change Manager with fluency in English and Spanish to lead and manage change initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, particularly within the context of major enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and will be instrumental in driving successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to the transformation. Communication: Design and deliver clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communication plans in both English and Spanish to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process. Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs in English and Spanish to ensure users are well-prepared to utilize SAP S/4HANA effectively. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and coordinating with external training providers. Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance and develop proactive strategies to address concerns and mitigate risks associated with the change.
