To support us in the next developments we're looking for a Chapter Lead Quality Management (w/m/d) to join our international team. In this hands-on role you will work with a team of internal and remote QA Engineers/and testers and you will be responsible for quality reviews of various software applications. Duties: The Agent's duties are as follows: Lead and coordinate a team of 4 QA professionalsCoordinate and execute quality testing activities throughout the software development cyclePrepare, organize, execute, and follow-up on tests of products, features, and components developed by iApps TechnologiesWork closely with project managers to track action items and evaluate project progressCreate and test predefined test plans using both exploratory and automated testing methodsWrite accurate bug reports that take into account reporting standardsPerform regression and retesting of defectsCreate and maintain test plans and other QA-specific documentsWrite test status reports that provide updates on test progress and propose solutions to improve the testing processCarry out work independently, without the need for local and temporal involvement or specifications from iApps.
