Chief Accountant- Giurgiu -manufacturing industry - On- site in Giurgiu

Our client a is a leading manufactured all kind of steel pipes for drilling projects.   We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant  to oversee financial operations in Giurgiu Romania. Job Summary: The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring that our financial strategy aligns with our overall business objectives.  Key Responsibilities: Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and IFNs. Secure financing for new projects and manage the company's debt and equity financing. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure that they are accurate and timely. Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive team to help guide decision-making. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, securing financing, and developing and implementing financial strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and laws.
