Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.About the roleTo keep the Engineering Infrastructure organization focused and steer the team in the right direction, we are  looking for an engineering leader to join us.We are looking for people from all backgrounds who want the opportunity to help build a future where there are no bounds to distributed and remote working, and an engineering leader who can drive the architecture and technical capabilities of Miro to the next level, capable of withstanding the growing number of users and load.What you’ll doDesign and drive Miro’s cloud and infrastructure architectureLead development and support company’s infrastructureBe a go-to person and tech decision-maker for infrastructure and cloud architecture questionsBe a part of the global architecture team, defining the overall design and implementation of technology roadmapDesign and develop multi-regional data storage and access efforts across the organizationContribute to the overall SRE/devops strategy in the companyWhat you’ll need10+ years of experience as an engineer (devops, SRE, infrastructure, system integrations)5+ years of in senior position as architect or technical lead7+ years of recent experience in engineering large scale infrastructure, 2+ years in AWSExpertise in designing architecture for multi-regional locations, multi-million users, preference to SaaS product companiesProven experience in building large scale, distributed infrastructure in AWSExperience in building infrastructure with multi millions active users. SaaS is an advantageExperience in building self-serve infrastructure for engineering teamProficiency in databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), message brokers and enterprise systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ etc), micro-service architecture and APIs.
