How you will create an impact: Responsible for end-to-end technical operations of all cloud applications at Simon-Kucher Engine, including resource allocation. provisioning, high availability setup, disaster recovery, performance and network operations monitoring Define and implement IaC configuration management Automate cloud processes such as infrastructure provisioning, security management, and CI/CD pipelines Oversee the incident management program, including reviewing documentation of standard policy, facilitating system incident resolution, and running incident post-mortems Define and report KPIs to monitor the health and performance of our AWS cloud environment, ensure SLAs are met Measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure Update and troubleshoot the cloud infrastructure, collaborate with DevOps engineers to create an efficient production deployment process Advise leadership and development regarding cloud infrastructure trends and strategies Your profile: Fluency in English on business level Min. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT security, or a related field and three or more years of professional experience in cloud operations in multi-product software delivery, cloud services, or SaaS companies Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and multi-tenant SaaS applications Experience with DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, SRE Experience with container orchestrators (k8s, ECS), Serverless services, and Data architectures Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and similar IaC systems Experience in managing Linux-based cloud infrastructures Experience with logs and monitoring systems (e.g., CloudWatch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana) Experience with different database engines, relational (SQL) and non-relational (No SQL) Love and enthusiasm for and knowledge of technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, and app development Solid working knowledge and understanding of compliance aspects of IT/cloud security (e.g., SOC II, ISO 270001) as well as ITIL processes Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels Experience with operating AI models and systems in AWS environments is a plus
