Are you in?What you will be doing at WebhelpAs part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support for Google’s Cloud Platform products to worldwide clients and gather feedback to help improve the Cloud Platform products.We’ll be a great match if you:Are fluent in English (minimum C1)Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software/computer engineering, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, or applicable work experience (minimum 1 year)Have European citizenship or a valid full-time work permitDemonstrate in-depth programming skills in Python or JavaHave previous experience as developer (minimum 1 year)Have experience with Linux/UNIXUnderstand basic web technologies (e.g.: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).Have experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databasesUnderstand streaming data architectures and technologies for real-time data processingDesirable skills:Data warehousing and ETL ToolsExperience with big data tools (e.g.: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, HBase, etc.)Experience in Machine LearningExperience with code repositoriesExperience with Google Cloud Platform.
