Collaboration Platform Architect in Constanţa

Dynamics 365 (regular) Power Automate (advanced) SharePoint Online (advanced) Responsibilities: • Develop and ensure SharePoint and Power Automate governance • Implement and manage SharePoint Online including sites and site collections • Deploy and update SharePoint solutions in consultation with developers and internal customers • Align SharePoint platform with Dynamics 365 requirements • Coordinate external Developers and ensure quality on workflow development • Interface on Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate related requirements between business and ICT operation • Administration on Office 365 tenant and its services such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate • Support business process implementation based on Microsoft SharePoint online and Power Automate including Power Apps • Project consulting (Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate) • Managing technology partners and 3rd level vendors • Support global IT team • 2nd level support for SharePoint, Flow and Power Automate based solutions as well as other Office 365 solutions Requirements: • Completed studies and experience in a comparable role • Very good knowledge of SharePoint online and good knowledge of Power Automate and Dynamics 365 • High service orientation and consulting mentality • Very good active and passive communication skills towards all hierarchical levels • Self-starting and result-oriented personality • Outgoing personality with experience in international and cross-divisional cooperation • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong conceptual skills • Commitment with a high willingness to learn and perform • Fluent in written and spoken English
