All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.We have an opportunity for a Collections Specialist with German to join our Safety And Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. The role of the C2C Team is to ensure Honeywellrevenue generation is maximized whilst financial risks are minimized for theorganization.Collections Specialist with German responsibilities:Building and updating collections and forecasting models to drive business improvements and boost C2C performances;Highlight variances versus forecasts and perform root cause analysis to minimize said variances and improve results;Managing and controlling the Accounts Receivables as per the debt collection procedure in support of the Finance Corporate Team;Identify high risk accounts and take appropriate action in support of the Finance Corporate Team;Investigating and making sure that the queries relating to non-payment of invoices are resolved in timely manner with the support of the departments involved (sales, pricing, customer service teams) in support of the Finance Corporate Team;Coordinate with various departments and fellow C2C colleagues to ensure financial records and collections predictions are accurate, completed and consolidated in a timely and efficient manner;Participate in monthly financial reporting and monthclosing activities.Qualifications:Credit Control experience would be a plus;Proficient in English and German;Knowledge of Excel (advanced use);Empathy, teamwork ability, communication, business acumen, project skills etc.;Strong communication skills.We offer:Medical plan provided by Signal Iduna;Budget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, transportation budget and fuel cards, etc.;Business Travel Accident Insurance;Voluntary defined contributory pension plan;Meal allowance;Paid vacation and time off Honeywell employees are provided Christmas and Children vouchers, as well different family aids.If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
