For more information, click here . This position reports to the Finance Leader Consumer SEE and is based in Bucharest - Romania. What You Will Do The Commercial Analyst for Romanian market will be responsible for supporting Commercial Business team with the tools, data and info needed for meeting market sales and gross profit targets by providing dedicated sales analytics and administrative support. You will be part and collaborate with the finance team to build and provide insights to business performance which will influence local business decisions based on analysis to meet business commitments The products in scope represent a wide variety of brands under both Mass and OTC (Over the Counter) Distribution Channels. The role will be based in Romania, partnering tightly with Sales, Brand Activation, Business Development & Demand Planning departments. In addition to the local responsibilities this is a role with high exposure to ISEE (Greece, Balkans and Israel) Cluster team and also interacts daily with the Heads of Business and Finance Departments of the ISEE Organization. Key responsibilities: The main tasks & responsibilities you will have in this role include but are not limited to the following: • Perform Business Analysis of Sales Related KPIs • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis required by the commercial team e.g. Investment (Customer / Brand Activation) GP, NTS, Free Goods, CNIS etc.. • Control the Trade Spend Budget and Accounting Treatment • Have the ownership and accountability for the Customer and Price master files • Carry out SOX (Compliance) related activities associated with rebates, contracts, discounts • Interact and build trustful relationships with Business Teams using your leadership skills What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting is required • Up to 3 years working experience in Financial Roles is considered as a plus • Fluency in English and Romanian both verbal and written • Proficient in spreadsheets, SAP, BW, databases and MS Office Proficiencies & Skills • Solid knowledge of Consumer business is an asset Desired Qualifications • Financial Acumen • Business partnering mindset & strong collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative way of thinking • Understanding of financial analysis and insights regarding the impact of commercial strategies • Ability to think out of the box, propose solutions and overcome barriers
