Commercial Assistant About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Organization SE CFO Business Unit Grid Technologies Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A snapshot of your day: Collaboration with technical colleagues and local businesses to prepare calculations for quotations, analyze risks, and put a competent currency management plan into action.How you'll make an impact:You will support our Finance team within the functions of offer management and order execution taking part and assisting in the following:Analysis and commenting of contracts with internal and external suppliers as well as customers according to commercial, tax, insurance, and legal aspectsPreparation of calculations for quotation in collaboration with the technical colleagues and the regional companies as well as analysis of risks, and implementation of a professional currency managementImplementation of bid releases by collecting all necessary information in time, including calculation, contract analysis and risk analysisRecognize the relevant movements in our SAP systems like order intake and invoicing towards the customer; allocate costs correctlyMonitor accounts receivables and claim them towards customers, handle payments via Letter of CreditProject’s controlling: monitor project’s costs and analyze variances against order intake; initiate corrections and clarificationsDevelop and support the creation of sales relevant reports including their visualization via Tableau or QlikViewWhat you bring:Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerkBachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar) as an alternative or additionFirst experiences in the systems business, ideally in the field of energy transmissionBasic knowledge of SAP/Spiridon and familiarity with Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Outlook (advanced), knowledge in processing and visualizing data is a plusFluent language skills in English, other foreign languages are an advantageAbility to cooperate, and strong communication skillsAbility to decision-making and customer focusAbout the Team:Your global role combined with projects across different processes, gives you the opportunity to develop cross-culturally as well as in all common business processes.
