At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.ResponsibilitiesLeads commercial activities as to potential domestic and foreign clients according to the company's overall strategy and policies.Negotiates and finalizes agreements, properly evaluating the potential of the new client.Follows the dynamics of grain stocks and organizes customer flows from stocks as per services contract.Controls the status of execution of contracts in progress.Proposes policies and plans to streamline sales activities, corrective actions for system deviations from norms, and specific measures to optimize operating costs.Follows closely the market’s best strategies to maintain market position.Provides a thorough knowledge of specific customer groups and their needs.Influences policies and procedures to improve customer relationships.Organizes and is responsible for the business operation of vessels in all matters that are within the responsibilities of the port operator.Manages relationships between the company and the customs and any other authorities involved in managing commodity stocks, imports, exports, and deliveries/acquisitions by domestic customers.Manages document flow received to/from the vessel.Leads a team of subordinates, establishing the organizational structure and processes needed to support commercial activities.Minimum Qualifications (required)University Diploma 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and LogisticsFluent Romanian and EnglishAdditional QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fieldPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Physical RequirementsCHS offers a competitive total compensation package. Compensation: This includes base wage and may consist of other earnings depending upon position within CHS, consisting of bonuses, incentives, commissions, merit pay.
