Are you ready to help us make the future?We have an opportunity for a Commercial Sales Assistant- Internship (6 months contract) to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.  Commercial Sales Assistant - Internship responsibilities:Builds and maintains understanding of the full range of Honeywell products and solutionsHighlights the tangible business benefits of Honeywell programs and solution offerings for our partnersOvercomes partner objections to advance recognition of Honeywell’s benefits and advantages.Ensures Honeywell offerings and promotions are packaged and designed to address the business needs, requirements, priorities, and budgets of Inside Sales customersAligns SPS Honeywell marketing portfolio with small and medium market context to customize regional programs and execute campaigns and promotions for the local SMB marketCollaborates closely with inside sales teams, business units and Marketing to identify solutions, promotions, and pricing that keep small and medium business offerings competitive in local markets and in alignment with financial objectivesConducts analyses of campaign and promotion results vs. goals set and captures and communicates lessons learned to the SBUs for future programs and solution development and enhancement based on country-specific knowledge/expertise (e.g., customer/SMB market feedback, field-related information, competitive landscape, customer purchase patterns and requirement trends, past and projected market performance)Ensures the fit of a proposed solution and its components with the business value chain being impacted and associated business requirementsPromotes the use of sound methods to determine the true causes of a business problem and/or to anticipate obstacles to the successful implementation of a proposed solution (e.g., root-cause analysis)Ensures that proposals or plans incorporate client concerns and address client pain-points Identifies additional sales opportunities (e.g., solution enhancements, unmet needs, or up-selling and cross-selling opportunities)Communicates the tangible value of the Honeywell offer in terms of its financial return and the achievement of business goalsQualifications:Be a final year student (bachelor's, master's, PhD)Some MS Office exposureGood communication skillsExcellent English skillsWe offerMedical plan provided by OmniasigBudget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, and othersTransportation budget and fuel cardsBusiness Travel Accident InsuranceVoluntary defined contributory pension planMeal allowancePaid vacation and time off Honeywell employees are provided Christmas and Children vouchers, as well different family aidsIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
