Communication Specialist (Temporary contract) in Bucuresti

Job description Are you ready to power up your Career? As a Communication Specialist you will be playing a crucial role in a cross-departmental function. You will be responsible for boosting the internal and external communication of ORTEC Romania division; facilitating the communication within the Global Operations business unit; and supporting Sales Enablement in keeping legal documents up to date. We are looking for a Communication Specialist to work with us on the following tasks:• Boosting the internal communication within the Global Operations business unit by regularly setting-up and distributing internal newsletters and publishing news and updates on our communication platform.• Managing and updating the ORTEC CEE social media accounts to expand brand awareness through marketing campaigns. • Overseeing and maintaining the stable procurement of marketing materials stock. • Contributing to annual communication& marketing plans.• Being responsible for content creation, editing, and ensuring alignment with the Company Corporate Guidelines. • Assisting in organizing promotional activities, events, tradeshows, advertising campaign development, and enhancing digital content and product marketing collateral.• Executing region-specific requests to drive demand, building the sales pipeline, and supporting with commercial activities. • Collaborating closely with the Sales Enablement team and keeping company contracts up to date.If you are interested, please apply using the 'apply' button below, we would like to receive your resume, motivation and grade list. Who you are As a successful candidate you are:• Bachelor’s degree (preferable studied in: Marketing, Journalism and communication, Letters)• Proficiency in verbal and written communication;• Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Proficiency in English (C2 level - Cambridge English)• Understanding about the brand strategy and development (nice to have)• Proactive and effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and individually;• Strong commitment to quality;• Analytical capabilities;• Customer-oriented mindset;• Available to work hybrid (office located in Bucharest).
