Job Description As our new Communications Administrator, you will be in charge of managing the communications department's budget - accuracy of team's budget. Support internal comms team with logistics/admin tasks and coordination & follow up with site communicators. Support as site communicator in Bucharest office in developing and implementing local activities to improve employee engagement. Main Responsibilities of our role: Communications team budget tracking and management (tracking, raising Purchase Orders) Raising purchase orders (P2P) - P-card process Suppliers management Global Internal communications projects logisitcs and administrative support (goods ordering, shipping, tracking, update lists, etc) Liaise and follow up with site communicators on activities (translations, reports, info collection, etc) Support with internal comms tools updates (intranet, sharepoints etc) Support with development of global initiatives - writing, ppt preparation (would be a plus) 'Support local site communications in Bucharest office with local events organization (Town Halls, GSLT visits, celebrations etc), InfoHub management, and local communications (organization announcements, etc) WeCare4 Committee and support with local events (Diversity & Inclusion Week, STEM Month, etc) Skills and Qualifications: 2 years + in administrative role. Some experience in communications, and if not, shows great interest in the field. Fluency in English (oral and written) mandatory. Project management skills and detail-oriented Good communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with outside vendors and internal stakeholders from various functions and levels Mastery of computing tools such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Good time management & organizational skills Experience in working in global companies or multi-matrix organizations a plus Good writing skills & team player
