Job Description Specific Responsibilities Brand management Serves as primary point of contact and inbox manager for Garrett Corporate Brand Identity, responding to internal and external inquiries and determining necessary steps to move requests forward Leads relevant updates and add-ons to Garrett’s Corporate Brand Guidelines and oversees the correct implementation and usage of said Guidelines Oversees and manages updates to the Garrett Brand Portal website Employer Branding In collaboration with global Talent Acquisition team, supports implementation of Garrett’s employer brand strategy, developing multi-media content and campaigns, tactical planning and messages, overseeing local adaptation and advising on local cross-channel campaigns Corporate channels and assets Suggests and leads relevant content updates to corporate sections of garrettmotion.com Manages development and production of new corporate digital, print and video materials, including corporate photo shoots Manages administration of corporate assets in the Garrett DAM (Data Asset Management) website In collaboration with Internal Communications team, supports implementation of the global community engagement (CSR) strategy, preparing communications materials and training In collaboration with the Sustainability Core Team, supports the development of cross-channel communications on Garrett’s sustainability goals and performance Contributes to Garrett’s editorial strategy implementation through the mining and production of content relating to sustainability and CSR success stories Agency relationship & reporting Develops appropriate third-party relationships with suppliers to create effective communication opportunities Provides regular analytics and reporting to measure communications and campaigns effectiveness Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field Expertise in corporate branding systems and creation of corporate assets Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a global organization, and managing agency resources to account for multiple languages and styles of operation Demonstrated strong project management skills Digital campaigns and analytics Fluent in English Knowledge of digital content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite Strong visual communication, writing, and presentation skills, an excellent eye for detail Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build teamwork and trust Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work independently as needed and demonstrate rigor at all times Positive attitude and creative vision to create opportunities from routine business operations
