The Role We’re looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our team in Romania! As a Compensation Specialist you’ll play a vital role in our global expansion to help establish a competitive compensation and benefits framework that attracts and retains top talent for Lucanet. You’ll be working to build this framework, from the ground up, across 10 international locations to enable us to remain competitive in the global SaaS industry and continue our successful global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity as it’s a brand-new function being created, which you’ll take ownership of and be able to put your own stamp on it! What you'll do Architecting a global compensation cycle, including the development of competitive salary bands across our 10 international locations. Design and implement a benefits structure that attracts and retains top talent worldwide. Develop a cutting-edge benefits approach that ensures consistency across all our global locations Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic advice on compensation budgeting, directly influencing our financial planning Establish the foundations of this new function, bringing your vision and experience to create robust processes from the ground up.
