Compliance Project Manager in Constanţa

Your team: The Risk & Compliance team ensures that policies/procedures are in compliance with Polish and European legal regulations. Compliance Project Manager will report directly to the Group Risk & Compliance Manager and will be a part of the Security Team.   Your responsibilities: Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality. Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in Business Transformation Frameworks. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and variance from plan. Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project. Sets the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success. Promotes pace and energy within the team and leads by example Keeps focus on the medium and long term goals and the Group’s values particularly when under short term pressure Manages change and implementation to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realization Manages project closure and handover to the business and/or function Produces a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources Develops the plan in line with Project Management Framework. Communicates the plan to stakeholders Develops and/or reviews estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience Mobilizes the project team and allocates tasks and roles Provides timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on management information Manages and reports on the project budget, acting on any variance Manages and reports project risks, issues and dependencies Promotes and takes accountability for project quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions are taken You will organize regulatory information in great detail, track and control documentation, proof-read and provide input on compliance works following daily operating practices and the regulations as cited under the applicable industry regulations relevant to the task(s) and project(s)     Skills & experience we require: Proven background in effective project management delivery. 3 to 5 years in the regulatory or compliance domains. Results-oriented individual with strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with the ability to analyze and execute more technical activities. Confident to drive and coordinate from front-to-back Digitalization-Initiative to work in cross functional teams in an agile environment. An open-minded, flexible, and team-focused colleague who likes to contribute to the team's success by being a hardworking and effective performer. Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle Agile methodologies and best practice techniques Experience working with many levels of the organization, up and down Ability to deal with different levels of front-to-back processes to define and implement initiatives Experience with projects embracing people, business, process, data and technology aspects Experience in conducting business analysis, breaking problem down and documenting requirements   Project management skills and experience People manager and broad experience in managing teams of different work streams Examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes In depth experience of working in a technology and FinTech environment and change projects Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization   Optional/nice to have: PMP certification or training Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) are preferred Ability to use Design Thinking approach framework  Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt Knowledge of legal/compliance aspects  Knowledge of PL /EU legislation process International experience (internships or work in EU institutions) and work in government administration or business associations.
