This representative will also support New Town, Clearfield and other sites where ad hoc visit support is needed. They will work with key stakeholders within NGC and manage the strategic preparation and logistical planning and execution from initial notification to visit closeout. We are responsible for developing world-class experiences for our high-level executive on-site engagements, demonstrating Northrop Grumman's commitment to performance excellence and innovation.The candidate must become familiar with the buildings and programs onsite. Identifies and secures appropriate venues and support team, develops the event flow, prepares movement plans, and conducts facility walk throughs to ensure site readinessContributes and communicates logistics in all planning and preparation meetings with the Stakeholders to ensure the visit plan is aligned with overall strategic goals and objectivesDefines meeting/presentation needs and ensures closure to actionsHandles scheduling, agenda management and preparation for visits and special activities, prepares and distributes the appropriate working documents (artifacts)Ensures participants are prepared thorough dry-run visit/event preparation sessionsMaintains historical database and reporting documentsCommunicates visits/special activities to all stakeholdersAbility to handle physical demands, such as standing and walking for long periods.The successful candidate will possess the following:Superior critical thinking, organization, communication, and skillsAbility to demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism and poiseMust be capable of setting priorities and working under pressureStrong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills; and collaboration skills are requiredHigh level and attention to detailDirects, plans and organizes internal and external business related functions, program special activities, and VIP briefings. Orchestrates large-scale special activities, supporting highest-level company executives, international dignitaries and government officials.Travel is required to 30%Basic Qualifications for a Customer Engagement Representative: Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) that is within scope prior to commencement of employment.Must be willing to travel 30%Basic Qualifications for a Principal Customer Engagement Representative: Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related professional experience OR a Master’s degree and 4+ years of related professional experience.Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) that is within scope and ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access.Must be willing to travel 30%Preferred Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearanceExperience planning and executing customer visits/special activitiesIntermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite Aerospace industry experience preferredExperience organizing and planning a detailed schedule for Senior leadershipExperience working with all levels in an organizationExperience interfacing with customers, in particular high level government and military personnel (Legislators, SES, General/Flag officers)Salary range for a Customer Engagement Representative: $53,500 - $80,300Salary range for a Principal Customer Engagement Representative: $65,800 - $98,800Salary Range: $53, - $80,300.00Salary Range 2: $65, - $98,Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay.
