Construction Design Engineer in Zalãu

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Design Engineer to join our client's team. As a Construction Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, primarily focusing on monolithic projects. Key Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction design. Key Responsibilities: Designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, specializing in monolithic construction. Utilizing software tools such as Tekla Structures, Etabs, Consteel, and IdeaStatica for efficient design processes. Collaborating with the team to develop and execute design plans that meet project specifications and requirements. Demonstrating proficiency in English (intermediate level) for effective communication within the team and with clients. Utilizing standard office suite tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to document and present design proposals. Compensation: Fixed part of the salary will be mentioned on the work card. The variable part of the income can range from 30% to 100% of the gross salary per quarter. Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with an arrival window between 8:00 - 9:00 am and departure between 16:30 - 17:30 pm. The option for remote work will be considered, depending on project demands and the candidate's prior experience. No additional certifications are required beyond the relevant diploma(s).
