Job Description (Posting). ?Responsible for Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Availability and Capacity Management for Linux operating system.?Manage L2/L3 production/project support activities.?This also includes the initial installation or update, patching, migration for these platforms?Responsible for script development/ update in different scripting (Shell and Perl).?Excellent communication and facilitation skills?Exposure in other OS like HP-UX, Solaris, AIX etc. is an advantage. ?Experience or familiar on tools like ticketing and monitoring tools.?Responsible for coaching and mentoring the team members.?Willingness to work on flexible working hours (1.) To ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards (2.) To manage the technical team and review team capabilities time to time (3.) To participate in project reviews whenever required to give feedbacks and updates for the same. (4.) To plan for the skill enhancement for the team based on the project requirements.
