Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznan we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​ Content Quality AnalystPoznan, Poland Your responsibilities:Ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and translatability of technical documentationMake recommendations to improve source text quality and encourage information reuse so consistent and comprehensive content is provided to our end-usersIdentify and address consulting and training needs to help content developers deliver clear and efficient written communicationDrive the effective development and usage of authoring standards and best practices throughout the enterpriseCollaborate closely with technical authors, training developers and other content creators around the worldResearch innovative approaches and technology to predict source text quality, automate quality checks and reach enterprise quality goalsOptimize source text for machine translation usageMonitor source content qualitySupport the implementation and optimization of tools Our requirements:Degree in technical writing, communication, linguistics, or related field - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)Experience: at least 2-3 yearsExcellent writing and communication skillsStrong analytic skillsStrong interest in machine learning, artificial intelligence and technology-driven (quality) approachesExcellent command of the English languageCollaborative and solution-oriented attitudeGood interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsGood understanding of authoring and translation processesInterest in technical topics and agricultural machinery What we offer:​Labor contract with attractive benefit package​Flexible working hours​Daily contact with foreign language​Friendly international working environment​Possibility to work and develop within the company John Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
