You will offer support with the technical identification of materials and equipment in accordance with national and international technical standards for use in the Mill, guaranteeing materials, parts and components are available. You will guarantee quality and performance improvements over supplier's deliveries and operations, in order to achieve the required quality levels by Regional Exiros Clients, by ensuring and maintaining Exiros International Organization for Standardization (ISO9000 Certification) and Client's Certification over purchasing activities. You will ensure the identification of materials per class or generic family, ensuring control and updating of the Materials and Services Master File. You will add and develop new products as alternative of substitute products. You will ensures availability of materials upon users request, controlling technical information on materials, considering users’ needs. You will ensure the quality of suppliers through selection, assessment and qualification of items affecting the overall quality of products manufactured by customers and carrying out quality audits to suppliers. You will control approval, modification and deletion process of suppliers identifying and resolving issues in the process.
