OneDrive (nice to have) FileNet (nice to have) Power Apps (junior) Yammer (junior) MS365 (junior) Teams (junior) SharePoint (master) Why this job is for you The Content Services Analyst provides design, configuration, customization, consultation, training, and support services for Sylvamo’s SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, FileNet, OneDrive and other supporting tools.The key customers of this position are the ~6,000 global employees of Sylvamo who rely on content and document management services to support Sylvamo’s customers and operations. You will  Deliver creative and innovative services and solutions to our Sylvamo partners (internal users) using SharePoint, FileNet, OneDrive and other supporting tools, along with our managed service provider (MSP)On occasion act as a project manager or leader for MSP resourcesIdentify training needs and develop/deliver training for our supported services via multiple channels.
