Content Specialist Job Level S2/PT1 Reporting to Darren Willsher, Head of Content Function Strategy and Transformation Primary job location London/India/Europe Role purpose and key accountabilities The Content Team are part of Global Communications in the Strategy and Transformation Office. We help customers, partners and prospects understand the impact of key industry trends and show what it means for their network, while giving Colties the tools and understanding to tell our story. We’re looking for a Content Specialist who is passionate about storytelling and ready to support a growing demand for content. This is a team that’s always looking for new ways to stand out and it’s a great opportunity for someone to add their creative input and own projects. Key accountabilities: Producing content such as blogs, guides, lite papers, presentations, videos and more Work with teams across Colt to produce, promote and distribute content – helping tailor content for each platform and audience Able to manage relationships with agency partners, in house designers and colleagues Prioritise and juggle multiple projects and deadlines Tracking results to help increase content performance Essential requirements [skills, experience, qualifications] We need a great writer, someone who can dig into the detail of a story – whether that’s a product launch, a strategy update or a partnership – and work out the best way of telling it and bringing it to life You’ll have experience in managing multiple stakeholders We’re looking for someone who can keep tabs on multiple projects and activities – making sure deadlines are met and actions completed Someone who gets excited about technology and what it means for Colt’s customers, partners and people This role requires English language skills at a professional level Desirable [skills, experience, qualifications] How to use digital channels and tools to promote and distribute content – along with how to tailor content for specific platforms and audiences Understanding of content’s role in B2B including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, value propositions, presentations, awards, marketing campaign collateral, such as content for landing pages and email invitations Knowledge of the telecoms/IT/cloud markets About Colt At Colt, we provide world-class network and voice connectivity across Europe, Asia and North America’s largest business hubs.
